We've recently had the pleasure of catering outside Elland Road for match days. A complete honour being a fan! MOT. To mark the occassion and the unbelievable start we've had under the guidance of Marcelo Bielsa, we created a special. It premiered at Elland Road on Friday for the Leeds United v Middlesborough game. I'd spent Thursday night perfecting it so I was quite happy that it was the popular one on the night.
It's quite evident that one of the main beneficaries of the way Bielsa has the team playing is Kemar Roofe. He's been on fire this season and not just for the goals, his all round play has been top notch. There was only one man I was going to name the special after therefore and Roofes Hot Shot was born!
Delicious Spicy Yorkshire Nduja, Marzano, Peppers and fresh mozzarella! Popped in the wood burn oven and ready in minutes. Fresh delicious pizza! Yum. It's worth the few minute wait, trust me!
